Retail Sales Associate, Part-time position

Ridgedale Center, Minnetonka, MN

Cowgirl Tuff Company, a leader in the Western Fashion Industry, has an opening for a Sales Associate.  This is a critical role for the success of our store.  This position will be responsible for sharing our culture, “WOWing” our customers with exceptional service, and teaching them about our brand, product and “unbelievable fit”.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceptional customer service is the #1 priority
• Strong sense of pride and responsibility in creating an atmosphere/culture/visual experience that entices customers to try on our product and experience our “unbelievable fit”.
• Perform and adhere to loss prevention procedures and policy
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Educate customers on our product

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must believe in and support our brand, culture and core values
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience waiting on customers and giving exceptional customer service– retail setting preferred
• Team player who treats everyone with dignity and respect
• Excellent interpersonal, creative problem solving, organizational and time management skills
• Strong basic math skills, solid computer and POS experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Very detailed and committed
• Flexible – must be available to work as scheduled including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
