What an amazing weekend, despite the weather, as we raised a LOT of money! Sit tight as we are still totaling the amount and will announce soon. The 2 families and 2 organizations who benefit from funds raised along with the Oklahoma disaster and Adrie Kochie who was kicked in the mouth by a horse and many more people with adversities is what Tuff Foundation is all about and then some!

Jake Maurer
Jake and the Naked Truth have been performing live for the past five years at Tootsies Orchid Lounge in Nashville, TN .. all the while honing a sound all their own with hard hitting original tunes that are about to rock country music. As the front man, Jake Maurer, has a natural ability to entertain. His down to earth and charismatic style keeps the crowd rockin’ and the dance floor packed. Jake is in it for the long haul, finding his true passion in life is music. Sports filled his early days. A Football scholarship as a linebacker for Eastern Illinois University helped pay his way to a degree in Health Education. Jake taught PE and coached football and track until he couldn’t hold the music back anymore. “I knew life was short, and it was a huge risk to a quit a good job and move to Nashville not knowing a soul by my fiance was willing. So we got married, packed up the truck and trailer and took the leap, have never looked back.”

Local Minnesota Band
Mitch Gordon & The Unleaded Band are from the middle of Minnesota. The band plays a tasteful Country set list and brews it with their original tunes. Playing songs from the great country kickers such as Hank Williams Jr., Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, and Alabama to today’s powerful artists such as Jason Aldean, Dustin Lynch, Luke Bryan, and Blake Shelton. With some great talent, maturity, and excitement on stage… the band proves a sold country sound.

John has been working the Comedy Club circuit for over 18 years. He shoots off on0liners about real-life topics and realtes to fans with a unique, hilarious perspective on life. He picks up the guitar and treats the crowd to parodies of familiar country songs and some of his originals too! John headlines popular comedy club venues as well as performances on CARNIVAL cruise lines.

While Kari and Billy have both experienced personal success in their music careers, they have recently started taking the stage as a duo and have begun to weave their personal, unique talents together to create something truly special. Coming from opposite ends of the country, with very different backgrounds, the two met in Nashville and were drawn together not only by their similar taste and love for music but also their views on life. Most inspirational person to you and why: My husband, because he is the hardest working person I have ever been around. He never meets a challenge too big and together we make a great team!
